The € 53.5 million project is located in the California and comprises two commercial and one residential building, each consisting of eight levels and built on top of three basement levels for car parking.
The total gross floor area amounts to 66,700 m² (basement: 23,600 m² GFA with 606 parking places, ground floor to 7th floor: 41,416 m²).
Construction works started in July 2014 and were completed in November 2017.
